We use the highest concentration of fragrance—30%, known as extrait de parfum. This strong concentration ensures that the scent lasts much longer compared to other brands. Our goal is to provide you with a luxury fragrance experience so you can expect the scent to linger on your skin for 8 hours or days on clothes delivering long lasting power and richness. 

What Are Your Shipping Times and Cost?

Shipping within Australia is $10 for standard (3–10 business days) or $15 for express (2–3 business days). Orders are generally dispatched the same day. Plus, when you buy 3 or more items, you’ll receive free standard shipping automatically!

How Do I Return It If I Am Not Satisfied?

Easy, just email us your order details to hello@alchemyfragrances.com.au and we will organise the return to us no questions asked. Please note during heavy promotional sale periods like Black Friday & Boxing Day, we are unable to offer returns. Refer to our return policy page for more info.

What Sizes are your bottles?

Both our bottles are 50ML Glass bottles, providing around 450 sprays! If that's too bulky for your bag or backpack, grab the 5ML refillable travel atomizer aswell to keep your fragrance fresh on the go!

Do you let your fragrances macerate?

Yes — all Alchemy Fragrances scents are rested for a minimum of 4 weeks before bottling.

This maturation period allows the fragrance oils and alcohol base to fully blend and settle, helping the scent develop greater depth, smoothness, and character for a more refined fragrance experience.

During busier periods, such as launches or promotional events, this resting period may occasionally be slightly shorter.

If you notice a stronger alcohol note on the first spray, this is completely normal. We recommend allowing the fragrance a few moments to dry down on the skin so the full scent profile can unfold naturally.

Why did one of my fragrances not come wrapped in plastic?

Some of our limited edition fragrances do not come wrapped in plastic.

Because only a small number of bottles are produced for each limited release, these are hand-finished and individually packed rather than processed through our standard production line.

As a result, plastic wrapping is not required. Instead, each bottle is carefully boxed and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.

 

We also take this approach to help reduce unnecessary plastic waste while maintaining the premium quality and presentation you expect from Alchemy Fragrances.

What If I experience irritation & sensitivity?

Our perfumes are made with cosmetic-grade, skin-safe ingredients and tested for quality. However, because individual sensitivities vary, we recommend performing a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
